With firsthand experience as a homeowner, Chris prides himself on providing honest and knowledgeable guidance throughout any property buying or selling journey. His interest in real estate was kindled at a young age, which eventually led him to the Sauder School of Business at UBC, where he earned his Real Estate Trading Services license. He then joined the renowned BC-based Macdonald Realty brokerage, listing and selling his first property (for over asking price!) shortly thereafter.
Beyond Chris’ real estate endeavours he is a professional drummer with extensive studio recording experience and international touring/live performances which include opening for illustrious artists such as Taylor Swift, among others. Chris also enjoys sharing his musical knowledge as an Instructor/Educator and has had lessons published through the award winning educational platform Drumeo dot com. This musical background complements his real estate career, showcasing a versatile talent that thrives both on stage and off.
